We nearly bought this land 3 years ago and were at contract stage when the vendor pulled out at the 11th hour. Please check if he’s serious this time before you spend $$. Some of the info we got would still be relevant if you’d like it, maybe ask us at the next meeting. The white gum is just lovely.
