Now you see it.... now you don't!
This was the site of Waterworks Valley Landcare Group’s boneseed eradication in early August – on the hillside above 127 to 131 Waterworks Rd.
The Landcare group has taken the initiative this year of helping home owners get rid of weed infestations on bushland on their properties. This was a great effort from all who took part, not least the children.

It’s a bit frightening to see how fast the boneseed is coming back this spring where we worked to remove it last year. It looks just as thick as the previous infestation, but thankfully not yet as high! It might be worth getting a professional in to deal with it before it really takes off again. It would be a real shame to have our efforts go to waste.
