GETTING TO FAIR
It is really important that people either WALK, BIKE ride or catch the circulating MINIBUS – so refer to your leaflet or download bus route.
NO CARS are to be parked in Waterworks Reserve unless you have a stall.
STALL HOLDERS
Set up is between 11am-1.30pm so PLEASE bring everything you need in cars up to sites in those times. We have a fire engine arriving at 1.30pm which will need main car park empty and so we need even stall holders to move their cars to other spots within reserve after setup. EMERGENCY ACCESS for fire engine etc is really important to maintain so please be careful where you park. Please bring following if needed & to help us:
- Your own $$ float
- Recycled / paper bags if selling
- Stall sign (we can sticky tape on table)
- Chairs
- Picnic blankets
- Tarp
- Water bottles/ cups (to save on paper cups)
Trestle tables are provided unless otherwise arranged.
N.B. please name any items so they don’t get lost. You must pack up all your own gear from 5pm onwards.
SOAP BOX
Come on, join Amanda & Chris &…. Get on the soap box and have a (maximum 10 minute) rave about anything to do with sustainability. Choose from Zucchini, carrot or parsnip microphone.
JUMBLE SALE
This is a great opportunity to sell your extras so please bring anything you wish to sell up to site 7 for drop off strictly between 11am-1.30pm, as no cars after this. You may need to also pick up what is left after 5pm. You can email Carol the Jumble Co-ordinator who will be there to oversee.
WEATHER
If it is pouring with rain for long periods and really windy at Sunday lunchtime we will sadly have to cancel but if only showers or drizzle then we are still on so please still come and lend us tarps and picnic blankets for sitting areas on damp ground.
Spells for nice weather required from all waterworks witches and warlocks!!!!
LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!
